Package Your Items
Place the unworn and unwashed items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached for a valid return.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
